"I appreciate Steve and his family owned business “Drain King Plumbing. On one of my properties, I have a huge 20 year old ficus tree that has grown thick roots underneath the ground. Through the years It has caused a major problem with my sewage line; the roots busted through several pipes and even grown within them, sewage was coming above ground in the backyard by the bathroom, causing the backyard to have a stench. I’d searched Google and located Steve’s business “Drain King Plumbing”. He was very professional and gained my trust and assured me that he and his business could be trusted to handle the task. Steve set aside time and personally came out to my property and thoroughly inspected the areas where damage pipes could be located; he explained in detail what needed to done, he was honest and straightforward and his price was reasonable. The next day or so, Steve had his men come out to my property; they arrived at 9a and completed the task about 4p. Play by play, Steve provided me pictures and videos, in real time what he and his guys were doing; they dug at least 6 ft down into the ground and pulled and cut out huge roots to reach several damaged pipes.
